10KW Air Cooled Lab Small Water Chiller
Working Principle
1. The operation of the chiller system is through three interrelated systems: water supply and refrigeration system, refrigerant circulation system, electrical appliance automation system, and water supply and refrigeration system of the chiller: Firstly, the water pump is started to make the water flow through the refrigeration system. After the water is cooled and the flowing water passes through the evaporator, it will cool down quickly, and then it will be sent to the output of the water pump and directly applied to the product or equipment cycle. The outlet temperature can be set automatically according to the requirements. Long-term use can save energy and pollution. Therefore, the chiller is a standard environmental protection and energy-saving equipment.
2. The chiller refrigerant circulation system: The liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs the heat from the air and begins to evaporate. Finally, a certain temperature difference between the refrigerant and the air is formed, and the liquid refrigerant is completely evaporated into a gaseous state. Compressor suction and compression (pressure and temperature increase), the gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat through the condenser (air-cooled/water-cooled), condenses into a liquid and becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant through the thermal expansion valve (or capillary tube) to enter the evaporation after throttling Completes the refrigerant cycle.
3. Chiller electrical automatic control system: including the power supply and automatic control part. The power supply part is through the contactor and supplies power to the compressor, cooling fan, blower, etc. The automatic control part includes the combination of thermostat, pressure protection, delayer, relay, overload protection, etc. to achieve automatic start and stop, protection and other functions according to the air temperature.
